I love sharing the knowledge, skills and tools associated with coaching and NLP. Many clients and learners express amazement at the difference some of these approaches can make. I often hear statements such as “I wish I’d learned about this at school.”
Once we understand a few basic principles we can start to make decisions about how we want to experience life. As we understand our interactions with others we open up choices about how we communicate and express ourselves authentically. Then, as we recognise that we can have some influence and that things can change in our lives our stress levels begin to drop and we rediscover a sense of well-being. What a great thing to be able to share with others.
So when I was asked whether I would run a practice group it seemed like an excellent – if daunting – idea.
I’ve booked the room, sent out the invites and if you are local to Newcastle upon Tyne and are interested in joining us then read on . . . .
The NLP Practice Group is a new group for people who are interested in NLP and want to develop and practice their skills. The intention is for it to be a monthly event.
Previous NLP training is not a requirement. The practice group will be equally useful for people who have no formal training but want to learn about NLP and develop their communication skills.
In each session we will explore a specific NLP topic, refresh our understanding of the theory, introduce some new ideas and then practice tools and techniques that are relevant in our daily lives.
Small groups with some structured learning, lots of practice and the chance to enjoy developing your skills and understanding alongside others.
Location: Killingworth, Newcastle
When: Monday 20th November 7 to 9 p.m.
Cost: £10 including refreshments (payable on the night)
